Text messages (SMS)

Molga agent texts are customer care and account notifications from MOLGA INC's private, invite-only assistant: answers to your questions, agent job updates, confirmations and service notifications. There is no marketing. This service is available only to people invited by MOLGA INC who have a Molga account.

By agreeing in your Molga account and then sending START with your code to +1 332-286-9016, you provide your written consent to receive recurring SMS messages from MOLGA INC.

MOLGA INC will text you agent questions, responses, and account notifications. Message frequency varies based on your interactions.

How to join

  1. In the Molga app (Settings > Text messages), or with me sms add in the command-line tool, enter your mobile number, read the disclosure and tick the box. Nothing is sent until you do.
  2. Molga texts you a confirmation request with a code. Select Start SMS enrollment below, which opens a text to +1 332-286-9016, and send START followed by your code (for example START 482193). You can also type it yourself.

The code ties your phone to your request, and it lasts 24 hours.
