MOLGA INC ("MOLGA", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to molga.work and to MOLGA's products and services, including EF Companion.
Information we collect
- Contact information you provide when you email us or sign up for a service (name, email address, phone number).
- Service data generated when you use our products — for example, reminder schedules and message history in EF Companion.
- Payment information, processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store card numbers.
- Basic usage analytics for our website (aggregate, non-identifying).
How we use it
- To provide and improve our services, including delivering SMS and voice messages you have opted into.
- To respond to inquiries and provide support.
- To process payments and maintain business records.
SMS and voice communications
Our products send SMS and voice messages only to subscribers who have opted in. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting us. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from every other data-sharing category in this policy.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our services (e.g., telecommunications carriers, email delivery, payment processing), each bound to use it solely to provide their service to us, or as required by law.
Google user data
If you connect your Google account to Molga, we ask only for the access that the features you turn on need:
- Gmail, read and send (read-only access to your mail, and permission to send mail as you): to find and summarize your messages, to draft replies, and to send a message only after you approve it. Molga keeps your inbox, and any labels you choose, in step with Gmail. When you search, it asks Gmail to search your mail and shows the matching messages (sender, subject and a short snippet), opening one only when you do. It never reads your sent mail, drafts, spam or trash.
- Calendar events: to show your schedule, to offer and hold times, and to add or change events you ask for.
We use this information only to provide these features to you. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. People at MOLGA do not read it, except with your consent, to investigate abuse or a security issue, or as the law requires. You can disconnect Google at any time in Molga, which stops our access; you can also remove it in your Google account settings.
Molga's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and security
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and protect it with industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting agent@molga.work.
